Facebook freedom of speech

A Texas Court will decide whether a public office, such as a police department, can block a citizen from posting on the office's page.  A citizen had criticized the Hunt County Sheriff's Office on their Facebook page and later discovered she was blocked from the page.  The basis for criticizing the Sheriff's Department is explained in this article.

    ​SHOULD POLICE DEPTS. AND OTHER PUBLIC OFFICES BE ABLE TO BLOCK CITIZENS FROM COMMENTING ON THEIR FACEBOOK?
