Nueces County elected District Attorney isn't what you'd generally picture when you think of the show Law and Order. Mark Gonzalez has tattoos on his arms and is in a database as a member of a bike club considered to be a gang by police. See article below. Today, at lunch, out in front of Best Buy people have set up camp for Black Friday...on Tuesday. Is this amazing strategy or completely ridiculous? Should Best Buy or The Woodlands Township allow people to camp out in front of stores? Not a big deal, just business as usual or excessive? I'd be interested to hear your feedback. A 69-year-old Dutch man wants to subtract 20 years from his age, permanently. He has petitioned a Court to allow his birth certificate to be changed to reflect an age of 49 instead of 69. He feels this would improve his life and his dating game. Comparisons have been drawn to gender identity. What do you think? Sutherland Springs families are suing the Air Force for failing to report the shooter's past crimes to a Federal database. Had they reported his crimes, he wouldn't have passed the background check in order to buy guns.
Support for marijuana legalization in the U.S. has reached a new high of 66%, according to an article in The Motley Fool. See article here. Many states have some form of marijuana legalization, whether it be legalization of THC or legalization of CBD oil, which often contains very low amounts of THC. Texas currently has a limited form of legalization for a specific medical purpose. What do you think? Fired Prosecutor Claims he was terminated for refusing to withhold evidence. Now he's receiving aid from the Texas Innocence Project for his suit for wrongful termination.
